5 day itinerary for the Bay Area Training Camp
Oct 6: (arrival - bike set up)
Oct 7: Group Ride / Introduction to Power Training, how to use CP and Individual appointments.
Oct 8: Group Ride / Introduction to Sprint Training, how use to CP for sprinting purposes / Go to a local gym and work on some sprint specific workouts (squats, deadlifts, etc).
Oct 9: Group Ride / Introduction to Time Trailing, how to use CP for time trailing purposes.
Oct 10: Group Ride all day
Oct 11: Short Group ride in the morning / How to write your training plan. Periodization / Specific workouts for each periods. Each cyclist then will write their own training plan with race events in mind. Coaches to review and make recommendation/changes.
Oct 12: Departure.
Please Note: Camp Itinerary is subject to change.
A detailed schedule will be given to each rider 2 weeks prior to the camp.
