Daily training rides at the Velodrome
Training rides will range from 2 - 5 hours in length depending on the day and rider ability.
Friday and Saturday Gym workouts
Stephen Hill with years of experience in weightlifting will be able to teach and assist you with gym workouts.
Evening presentations/lectures/events
Stephen Hill and Guest Speaker will be providing lectures, and presentations.
Full ride support
A soigneur will be at the velodrome with the riders to assist with hydration, fueling and/or clothing needs.
Meals
Breakfasts and Lunches will be provided at the Velodrome. The 2 dinners will be provided nearby the Velodrome.
